Warranty

Warranty periods for WOLF Garten products vary according to product type, and whether used by consumers or professionals. For full details of warranty cover and limitations on any particular product please consult WOLF-Garten NZ.

Please note that the warranty periods and conditions detailed below are applicable to New Zealand only.  These override any warranty periods stated on any packaging or handbooks issued by WOLF-Garten Germany

 

CONSUMER USE

For warranty definition purposes, “consumer use” means the exclusive use by private individuals of a WOLF Garten product for their own private domestic purposes.  This warranty excludes all wearing parts.

Hand tools:

• Multi-Star^® tool heads: LIFETIME
• Multi-Star^® handles: LIFETIME
• Cutting tools, other hand tools: LIFETIME
• Spreaders: 2 Years

Power Products:

• Petrol & Electric Powered Scarifiers: 2 YEARS
• Battery Shears: 2 YEARS

• Petrol engines: Refer to engine distributor

   

PROFESSIONAL USE

For warranty definition purposes, “professional use” means the use, whether hired, borrowed or purchased, of a WOLF Garten product by operators in the course of their employment or profession.  This warranty excludes all wearing parts.

All products:

• General: 6 months
• Engines, transmissions: Refer to distributor
